ProspHire Forms Executive Leadership Team and Promotes Two Leaders to Vice President Ranks
Dan Crogan Promoted to Vice President of Client Engagement and Heather McCague Promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Communications
PITTSBURGH, PA., Sept. 20, 2018 - ProspHire, a woman-owned and rapidly growing management consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Dan Crogan to Vice President of Client Engagement and Heather McCague to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In their new roles, the two will take on executive leadership accountabilities and additional responsibilities in business development, marketing and communications.
Dan Crogan is a career management consultant with extensive experience implementing large-scale healthcare programs. A Deloitte and PNC alum, he has successfully delivered transformational projects in both consulting and internal program management environments. As Vice President of Client Engagement, Dan will be responsible for client account management and business development at ProspHire.
Heather McCague has nearly 20 years’ experience in communications, branding and change management. A Pittsburgh-boomerang, she lived and worked in New York City for Pfizer, Ketchum, JWT and Ernst & Young. Heather was most recently the Director of Digital Communications at Mylan where she served as a strategic advisor and program managed the company’s social business platform. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at ProspHire, Heather will continue to manage the Firm’s brand and oversee internal and external communications.
