Deborah Holzmark Joins ProspHire as Chief Clinical Officer

Executive female leadership at the woman-owned, national Firm is now 50%.

Deborah has 20+ years’ experience executing clinical programs that improve health outcomes, increase profit, enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experience.  

PITTSBURGH, PA., Dec. 8, 2020 – ProspHire, the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia-based, national healthcare firm today announced the appointment of Deborah Holzmark as Chief Clinical Officer. In this role, Deborah will stand-up a clinical service offering for ProspHire and help position the Firm to better support their clients with value-based purchasing arrangements, care coordination strategies and pharmacy/PBM support.

ProspHire also has a number of registered nurses and pharmacists on staff who are currently working with their payer clients on cost-to-value initiatives and other projects. The Firm believes that the integration of clinical, pharmacy, behavioral and social determinant data will best inform their clients’ comprehensive care coordination strategies and lead to the effective management of care outcomes.

Deborah joins ProspHire from the global consulting firm Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) LLP, where she spent two decades, the latter ten as their Chief Clinical Officer. At DHG, Deborah stood-up and ran their Physician Practice Consulting Group and was responsible for working with clients to execute clinical programs that improve health outcomes, increase profit, enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experience. A registered nurse with experience in the ICU, ER and PACU, Deborah brings a clinical perspective to operational engagements. She is adept at helping clients identify the necessary steps for successful population health management while maintaining a focus on revenue performance and transformation.
