Shane is a PMP-certified Manager at ProspHire with over a decade of healthcare industry experience. His diverse background includes several years in clinical hospital settings, followed by seven years specializing in healthcare consulting.
Shane has successfully managed large-scale projects, including the implementation of a new member portal for one of the nation’s leading health insurers, where he drove operational readiness for customer service and clinical service teams. He also led multiple technology-based initiatives as part of a major Medicaid insourcing project, collaborating with stakeholders to design effective solutions and ensure data accuracy.
Shane holds a B.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania combining technical expertise with business acumen to drive impactful outcomes for clients.
