Development of Reporting Dashboard Results in Improved Monitoring Capabilities and Quality Framwork


The client identified the need to standardize current state reporting to promote alignment across all lines of business. As a future state vision was proposed, an opportunity to stand-up a governance model was identified to enable targeted discussions and promote transparency of information. The client was seeking to enhance current state governance while simultaneously mitigating operational barriers that raised challenges related to previous efforts.


ProspHire facilitated the development of a standardized reporting dashboard aimed to encompass plan level Medicaid measures associated with NCQA and Industry Requirements. During this process, ProspHire led the client through a diligent target setting session leveraging best practices to prioritize plan goals. ProspHire initiated a governance model enabling the plan to operationalize and strategically plan and monitor transformative solutions to improve core measures in partnership with key stakeholders and community partners.


The collaborative partnership increased the plan’s ability to improve access to care, quality outcomes and health equity utilizing a data driven approach. Using a standardized reporting dashboard, the client had improved capabilities to strategically monitor performance and drive action resulting in improved quality. ProspHire provided the plan with a methodical framework that can be carried across all lines of businesses and programs including but not limited to HEDIS, Stars and State Specific Medicaid engagements.
