Our best ideas come from within. Being a part of the Innovation Committee means setting innovation priorities and serving as the guiding light to change the culture, allocate resources and make decisions in favor of risk-taking, experimentation or novel programs in solving client challenges and staying educated on the latest regulations, challenges and trends.


Rules for How We Work Together

Rewriting our “Rules for How We Work Together” is an annual tradition at ProspHire. These rules help us define the character and culture of the Firm and remind us of our shared values. This year, we gathered in groups to brainstorm and revamp our list.
