ProspHire’s commitment to relationships starts with its practitioners. We are picky about our people. We look for team players who are relentlessly dedicated to client service – and then we do everything we can to keep them. To date, most of the Firm’s practitioners came to ProspHire though a personal connection or referral. Most have traditional consulting backgrounds, but the Firm also has a number of non-traditional hires.

We strongly support the continuing education of our practitioners through ProspHire University (PHU), and our people are constantly sharpening their capabilities and industry competency, both in and out of the classroom.
