Challenge

As a Medicaid MCO, the health plan has committed a percent of administrative spend to Small Diverse Businesses (SDB). The client was facing challenges in reporting on compliance requirements and demonstrating SDB commitments due to a lack of reporting cadence and centralization.

Solutions

This included data refinement through vendor profiles, automation of PowerBI data tables and KPI calculations, development of an interactive reporting dashboard and a workflow to capture and coordinate data across vendors.
