Kristen Darkey

Kristen is a Senior Consultant at ProspHire with experience in strategic operations, project management, process improvement, quality & public health. She is a results driven project manager focused on achieving strategic goals that improve the quality of care for her clients.

Prior to joining ProspHire, Kristen was the Strategic Operations & Institute Planning Project Manager at Allegheny Health Network. In her role, she managed large-scale multidisciplinary initiatives and oversaw several national & international accreditations for the network. She utilized data-driven analyses to continuously drive process improvement in her projects. A natural problem solver, she enjoys helping her clients increase efficiency by optimizing processes.

Fun Fact: Kristen is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to spend her free time traveling & trying out new hobbies with her husband and two dogs.
