With over 18 years of organizational management, operational oversight and clinical workflow design, Hootan is dedicated to driving strategic improvements that enhance profitability and prioritize patient centric care. His approach combines strategic planning, collaborative leadership and extensive industry knowledge to transform organizations and achieve their objectives effectively.
Prior to joining the ProspHire, Hootan served as Managing Partner for Cross Over Dental Enterprises, LLC, where he provided specialized medical billing services to dental practices. Additionally, he held the role of Director of Clinical Operations for a prominent regional Dental Service Organization (DSO) in the metro Atlanta area, consisting of 15 dental practices.
Hootan holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Public Health from Emory University, grounding his professional insights in both behavioral science and healthcare administration.
