Jack is a master’s prepared and PMP-certified Senior Manager at ProspHire with nearly 15 years of experience working in program management, process improvement, clinical operations and implementations across healthcare sectors. As a data-driven problem solver, he leverages his healthcare-specific delivery experience to navigate complex environments while managing expectations through constant communication and driving results.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jack was a Portfolio Director at the University of Pittsburgh. There, he developed, implemented and managed innovative and evidence-based programs that improved service delivery and operational processes, supported large-scale systems transformation and reduced healthcare costs for payers and providers. He also spent years working as a clinical and revenue cycle specialist in dental practices, gaining deep experience in dental practice management, operations and direct patient care.
