Creation of Interactive SDB Dashboard Provides Portal into Compliance Requirements and Commitments

Challenge

As a Medicaid MCO, the health plan has committed a percent of administrative spend to Small Diverse Businesses (SDB). The client was facing challenges in reporting on compliance requirements and demonstrating SDB commitments due to a lack of reporting cadence and centralization.

Solution

ProspHire proposed using the MS Power Platform to improve communication, data management and reporting. This included data refinement through vendor profiles, automation of PowerBI data tables and KPI calculations, development of an interactive reporting dashboard and a workflow to capture and coordinate data across vendors.

Result

ProspHire delivered a comprehensive SDB dashboard providing an interactive platform to assess committed SDB spend, actual spend, spend compliance, adjusted commitment by region, vendor performance rating, and additional summary metrics. This led to enhanced reporting, compliance monitoring and vendor management.
