Brendan Harris is President of UPMC for You and State Programs for UPMC Insurance Services Division. He is responsible for overall management of the operations of the state programs. He oversees programs that cover over 880,000 enrolled members and over $10 billion in revenue across Pennsylvania. This includes overseeing Medicaid (HealthChoices), CHIP, and the MLTSS program Community HealthChoices (CHC), as well as the UPMC Health Plan Center for Social Impact.

Arnie E. Burchianti, II is a seasoned healthcare executive and entrepreneur, best known as the Founder and former CEO of Celtic Healthcare, Inc. and Graham Healthcare Group. From 1996 to 2018, he led Celtic Healthcare, expanding the company into a leading post-acute, hospice, and home healthcare provider across multiple states. Under his leadership, the company embraced technology to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes, earning accolades like “Fastest Growing Life Sciences Company” and “Best Place to Work.” 

Dr. Sanfilippo is a Tenured Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Vice Chairman of Reproductive Sciences within the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences.  He is the Fellowship Director of the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility training program. For over 40 years, he has provided patient care in Women’s Health. He has been named one of America’s Top Doctors and highly regarded in the field.   

Jim Burgess is a seasoned healthcare executive with a distinguished career dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and achieving cost savings, particularly within the Medicaid sector. As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Highmark Wholecare, Jim leverages his extensive compliance background to drive the organization’s mission of providing whole person care to its members.

Toby George is the CFO and Co-Founder of Data Ideology, a leading firm specializing in data analytics solutions for healthcare organizations. With more than 16 years of experience in developing and executing data management strategies, business management intelligence methodologies and complex analytic solutions. 

Chris is the President and CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs of western PA, leading the organization’s mission of empowering youth and teens across the Pittsburgh region for more than 135 years. Under his guidance, BGCWPA is one of the largest out-of-school-time providers, impacting the lives of over 7,500 children annually through a range of diverse programs including preschool, before/afterschool care, summer camps, teen mentoring, workforce development, STEAM education and sports programs.

With over 25 years of experience in Operations and Star Ratings strategy, he helps organizations implement and maintain a high-performing Stars infrastructure to support rapid growth. 

Julie leads the SDOH practice at ProspHire and is skilled in project management, process improvement and public health and healthcare marketing. She is passionate about SDOH and health equity focused initiatives and helps client’s development and design program interventions and strategies for areas of profound health disparity.

Paul is the CEO for North American Dental Group (NADG) and is passionate about pioneering a new culture of dentistry. He joined NADG as COO in January 2022 and became CEO in June 2022. He brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. 

Armanda is the VP of Operations at North American Dental (NADG) and has worked in an operations role for the organization for 10 years, bringing non-clinical administrative services to more than 240+ affiliated dental practices across 15 states.

Mark is a Consultant and Pharmacist with experience in pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy strategy, clinical digital innovation, process improvement and project management. He drives improved adherence and bottom-line savings for patients and payers and he also helps payer clients reduce their prescription drug spend by performing analyses and implementing utilization management strategies.
