Staff Augmentation Leads to Delivery of Successful Quality Programs


The client set strategies and goals to improve health plan quality but the organizational structure was lacking the required resources to initiate, execute and monitor quality programs. The Quality department identified a need for program and project management support to drive strategic initiatives and tactical work to achieve organizational and departmental goals.


ProspHire aligned the appropriate program and project management resources to report directly to Quality team leaders and deliver results on assigned initiatives to drive departmental strategies and goals. Client leaders established priority and assignments, as ProspHire resources coordinated across organizational teams, vendors and systems to manage multiple quality programs delivering Medicaid and Dual Eligible plans. The ProspHire team operated as an extension of the client full time resources embedding seamlessly into their day-to-day operations.


In collaboration with the client, ProspHire and the Quality team successfully delivered on assigned strategic initiatives to continuously improve health plan delivery and quality to contribute to organizational goals and priorities focused on patient-centered care.
