Joshua Manning is a PMP-certified Managing Director at ProspHire, responsible for the Firm’s Staff Augmentation service offering. He is skilled at identifying and aligning resources that have the subject matter expertise and skillset to see a client project from start to finish.
Most recently, Joshua led an engagement focused on filling several roles in the government markets space for a large managed care organization (MCO). Leveraging ProspHire’s team of seasoned healthcare practitioners, he aligned resources for the MCO’s core operational areas (Stars, benefits configuration and analysis and compliance). His coordinated and strategic approach resulted in increased regulatory compliance and financial viability. It also enabled the MCO to continue to grow and mature their Medicare/Medicaid markets.
