Evan is a Manager at ProspHire with extensive experience in change management, project management and driving cross-functional stakeholder engagement and execution. He is results-oriented and dedicated to achieving strategic goals that address client needs while enhancing member and patient care and experiences.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan completed an Administrative Fellowship and served as an Associate Director at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. In this role, he led system-wide initiatives, including managing practice acquisition integrations and transforming clinical workflows to optimize operations and financial outcomes. He also worked at UPMC in the Department of Medicine where he focused on project delivery and execution.
Evan holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University.
Fun Fact: Evan is currently training for his first full Ironman 140.6 after recently completing an Ironman 70.3. He also enjoys reading, particularly books on American and presidential history.
