She leads initiatives to elevate brand awareness, build audience engagement and drive lead generation through innovative and strategic approaches. Larisa oversees the creation and execution of all design elements, ensuring ProspHire’s brand is cohesive, impactful and aligned across all platforms.
In addition to managing the firm’s digital presence, Larisa plays a pivotal role in optimizing the corporate website for user engagement, accessibility and conversion. Her expertise ensures that the site not only reflects ProspHire’s mission and vision but also serves as a powerful tool for connecting with clients and industry partners. A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, Larisa is passionate about leveraging digital marketing to deliver measurable results and amplify ProspHire’s presence in the healthcare consulting industry.
Prior to joining ProspHire, Larisa served as the Digital Marketing Specialist at Washington Penn, where she led creative and design initiatives for tradeshows, web and social media content, marketing collateral and email marketing campaigns. Earlier, as the Marketing Design Specialist at Massaro Construction Group, she managed all graphic design, website and social media projects across the company’s divisions. Larisa began her marketing career in Real Estate and Economic Development at the Regional Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC), where she focused on growing brand awareness through advertising, social media, digital sponsorships, podcasts and video marketing.
She holds a B.S. in Sports Marketing from Duquesne University and brings a creative problem-solving approach and passion for measurable results to every project she undertakes.
Fun Fact: Larisa was a competitive fencer for over 10 years and competed multiple times in National and Junior Olympic Tournaments. She was also a folk dancer for 15 years and has performed in Slovakia, Ukraine and Poland.
