Julie is a PMP-Certified Senior Manager at ProspHire and serves as the Firm’s Medicaid Practice leader. She is skilled in project management, quality program and process improvement and public health initiatives, with a deep subject matter expertise in Medicaid.
At ProspHire, Julie specializes in health plan operations and efficiencies, quality program performance improvement and population health. She partners with clients to position them for success through both strategic advisory and hands-on execution. Julie guides health plans through the design and delivery of initiatives that drive compliance while advancing quality and innovation in care delivery.
Her experience includes leading statewide public health and behavioral health initiatives, overseeing systems implementations and managing quality programs such as HEDIS and Medicare Stars, with a particular focus on Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans. She is passionate about driving integrated delivery across health plan lines of business to improve outcomes for members and strengthen operational performance.
Fun Fact: An avid traveler, Julie lived in New Zealand for two years and has visited nearly 20 different countries.
