Jack Warwick

Jack is a PMP-certified Manager at ProspHire with nearly 10 years of experience working in program management, process improvement, clinical operations and implementations across healthcare sectors. A data-driven problem solver, he leverages his healthcare specific delivery experience to navigate complex environments while managing expectations through constant communication and driving results.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jack was a Portfolio Director at the University of Pittsburgh. There, he developed, implemented and managed innovative and evidence-based programs that improved service delivery and operational processes, supported large-scale systems transformation and reduced healthcare costs for payers and providers.

Fun Fact: Jack has traveled to over 25 countries across the globe.

 

 

 

 

Rebecca Yarish

Rebecca is a Manager at ProspHire with experience in project management and process and quality improvement. She is skilled at driving operational assessments and developing strategies to improve efficiencies for her healthcare clients.   

Prior to joining ProspHire, Rebecca was the Manager of Value Analytics within the Quality Improvement Department at St. Clair Hospital. In her role, she project managed large-scale organizational initiatives and oversaw the organization’s Pay-for-Performance programs. She utilized data-driven analyses to drive continuous quality improvement forward.  

Rebecca has a B.S. in Health Information Management from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Health Care Management from Rutgers University.

Fun Fact: Rebecca is a passionate “yinzer” sports fan and has attended a Super Bowl and two Stanley Cup Finals. She is affectionally known to her friends as “Coach.”

Angie Connelly

Angie is a Specialist Master and member of the Firm’s Leadership Team. She has 15+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry. 

At ProspHire, Angie applies her clinical knowledge to drive business solutions and process improvements for her healthcare clients.  

A skilled project manager, she recently led utilization management (UM) and care management (CM) assessments for a large healthcare provider. She developed a CM Playbook with strategic recommendations to increase engagement and improve the overall operating model. She also has a robust understanding of government programs operations within clinical services and applies her subject matter expertise to solve business challenges in both the payer and provider markets. 

Angie was previously a clinical research nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She specialized in phase I and II oncology clinical trials and has extensive experience in pediatrics and intensive care medicine.  

Fun fact: Angie’s hobbies include replicating recipes, crafting DIY projects from Pinterest and occasionally, tandem sky diving.
