Jaspreet Laungia

Jaspreet is a Senior Manager at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team.

Jaspreet is adept at identifying operational inefficiencies through automation and process improvement. He has delivered solutions in vendor integration, data conversion and reporting for our healthcare clients. He is a results-driven professional with a reputation for “getting it done!”

Recently, Jaspreet identified, screened and implemented robotic process automation, optical character recognition and artificial intelligence opportunities for a large managed care organization. The work resulted in mitigated risk, improved efficiency and streamlined processes.

Jaspreet has more than nine years’ experience working in multiple domains and organizations to improve their systems, operational and reporting capabilities. Prior to joining ProspHire, he was an Application Analyst at American Eagle and a Business Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific and GE Capital.

Fun Fact: Jaspreet is a state-level volleyball player and secured a bronze medal for his home state of Punjab, India.

Larisa Bodnarchuk

Larisa is the Digital Marketing Manager at ProspHire and brings nearly 10 years of marketing experience with a specialization in design. She has an extensive background in digital design and content creation, as well as brand awareness campaigns.

Prior to joining ProspHire, Larisa was the Digital Marketing Specialist at Washington Penn where she led the creative and design for tradeshows, web and social media, marketing collateral and email marketing campaigns. She also served as the Marketing Design Specialist at Massaro Construction Group and managed all graphic design, web and social media projects for each division of the company. Larisa began her marketing career in Real Estate and Economic Development at Regional Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC). She focused on growing brand awareness through advertising, social media, digital sponsorships, podcasts and video marketing.

Fun Fact: Larisa was a competitive fencer for over 10 years and a folk dancer for 15 years.  She competed in multiple National and Junior Olympic fencing tournaments and has performed in Slovakia, Ukraine and Poland.

Matthew Dauffenbach

Matthew is a Manager at ProspHire specializing in project management, business transformation and process improvement. He is skilled at driving operational assessments and managing operations in corporate, private practice and retail settings.

Recently, Matthew supported the interim executive team of a large managed care organization. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations and developing relationships with key stakeholders, he drove an end-to-end organizational assessment. He presented leadership with strategic recommendations for implementing industry-leading KPIs and operational processes and procedures, which set the organization up for future success in organizational growth and sustained financial and operational stability.

He also has extensive experience managing several clinical programs and outpatient clinics. Prior to joining ProspHire, Matthew was the Manager of Outpatient Centers for St. Clair Hospital and previously served as the Director of Ambulatory Services for Magee-Women’s Hospital of UPMC. In both roles, he was responsible for improving clinical efficiencies, inter-departmental collaboration, patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

Matthew has a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Kansas State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado. 

Fun Fact: Matthew previously worked as a Sales Manager for a microbrewery in the Midwest, which others dubbed “the best job ever.”

Julie Evans

Julie is a PMP-certified Manager at ProspHire skilled in project management, process improvement, public health and healthcare marketing. 

Julie is currently a project manager for a statewide initiative to improve the health outcomes of Medicaid members across Pennsylvania through social determinant of health and health equity focused initiatives. Through program facilitation and data analysis, Julie is responsible for the development and design of program interventions and strategies for areas of profound health disparity. To report key findings to key stakeholders and state entities, Julie develops comprehensive transformative plans for program delivery. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Julie served as a Program Coordinator for a hospital-based smoking cessation program in Auckland, New Zealand where she led process improvement and practice management initiatives. She also has experience creating business plans, supporting community-based health programs and utilizing Lean methodology in both clinical and operational settings.

Julie holds a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health and a Master of Health Administration from Penn State University. 

Fun Fact: An avid traveler, Julie lived in New Zealand for two years and has visited 18 different countries.

Caitlin Nicklow

Caitlin is a PMP-certified Manager at ProspHire. 

She has 10+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry and Medicare, Medicaid and provider sectors. Caitlin excels at managing complex programs and projects, identifying gaps and driving significant cost savings and revenue generation for clients. 

Recently, she drove an organizational assessment for a major health plan and monitored compliance for Affordable Care Act marketplace regulations. The work resulted in outlined processes to achieve URAC accreditation and certification as a Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services Qualified Health Plan. 

Caitlin graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She also holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore. 

Fun Fact: Caitlin once spent 11 days hiking 100 miles through New Mexico with her family. 

 

Jake Roba

Jake is a Manager at ProspHire, skilled in project management, business transformation and process improvement.

Most recently, Jake oversaw a rapid organizational assessment for a major health plan to determine feasibility, operational gaps and cost to complete a Medicaid transformation project. This assessment allowed Jake to lead a 12-month large scale implementation and successful Medicaid go-live.

Previously, Jake supported an interim executive team that filled CEO and CFO roles for a managed care organization. He supported day-to-day operations, drove an organizational and financial assessment and helped develop a sustainable operational and financial model. Jake also previously built a CEO dashboard to display managed care key performance indicators and established a Medical Cost Council to mitigate unnecessary professional and institutional medical spend across partner networks.

Fun Fact: As a kid, Jake helped his family raise reindeer to use as an attraction during the Fall Festival and Christmas tree season.

 

Andy Rummel

Andrew is the Recruiting Manager at ProspHire responsible for sourcing, interviewing and coordinating with leadership to forecast hiring needs. 

With 15 years’ experience in the recruiting industry, he leverages his skills dealing with internal and external clients to improve process efficiencies. Prior to joining the Firm, Andrew worked for Experis Finance, serving as both the Director of Recruiting and the Business Development Manager. He is also the proud recipient of an international recruiting excellence award from ManpowerGroup.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Management from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Fun fact: Andrew is an avid traveler, most notably having visited the Great Pyramids and Machu Picchu. He hopes to make his next big travel destination a 22-day hike to the Mt. Everest base camp…and only the base camp.

Julia Ryan

Julia is a Manager at ProspHire with experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects to clients in the provider and payer sectors.  Julia’s focus is primarily on health plan operations, product growth strategies and population health. She partners with clients to identify significant gaps and drive organizational change.

Julia began her career in the hospital setting, supporting emergency medicine and hospital operations. She worked with providers and executives to identify and improve inefficiencies and increase hospital quality scores. She then went on to lead large-scale clinical implementations. She leverages this knowledge in supporting her clients at the Firm today.

Fun Fact: Julia brings her passion for physical fitness to the lacrosse field as a coach for a girls’ youth lacrosse program.

 

 

 

 

 

Rikita Shah

Rikita is a Manager at ProspHire and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Rikita has more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and Medicare and Medicaid areas. She is adept in leading large complex healthcare and insurance technology implementation projects.

Most recently, Rikita led the insourcing of Medicaid STARS and CHIP (Childrens Health Insurance Program) programs and performed a comprehensive current state assessment to understand organizational impacts, gaps and regulatory state requirements. The work resulted in the client passing state readiness review and successfully insourced Medicaid STARS and CHIP lines of business.

Fun Fact: Rikita is an avid traveler and has been to 47 states.

Jack Warwick

Jack is a PMP-certified Manager at ProspHire with nearly 10 years of experience working in program management, process improvement, clinical operations and implementations across healthcare sectors. A data-driven problem solver, he leverages his healthcare specific delivery experience to navigate complex environments while managing expectations through constant communication and driving results.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jack was a Portfolio Director at the University of Pittsburgh. There, he developed, implemented and managed innovative and evidence-based programs that improved service delivery and operational processes, supported large-scale systems transformation and reduced healthcare costs for payers and providers.

Fun Fact: Jack has traveled to over 25 countries across the globe.
