Kinshuk Das

Kinshuk is a Senior Manager at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team.  

Kinshuk is adept at identifying healthcare and technology inefficiencies through process automation and business platform transformation. He has implemented product solutions, performed technology implementation, data analytics and reporting calibration for our healthcare clients. He is a solution expert with a reputation for enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals.  

Recently, Kinshuk implemented ACA Medicare, for a national health-plan, enabling them to extend their benefit offering to the target audience. The work resulted in streamlining their business, technical and operational process while mitigating risks and improving efficiency. 

Kinshuk has more than twelve years’ experience working in payer and provider health systems while consistently looking to improve platform integration with business requirements. Prior to joining ProspHire, he was Director of Implementation at Ora Oncology (Cancer Treatment Centers of America – Telehealth), Senior Implementation Manager at Innovaccer, and Management Consultant Manager at Accenture.  

Kinshuk is a SAFe Agile Practitioner and certified in DevOps for Agile, PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home) for Value Based Care, and CMMI.  

Fun Fact: Kinshuk has represented India National U19 (Asia Cup & World Cup Qualifiers) and Texas A&M (NCAA) teams for soccer.  

Julie Evans

Julie is a PMP-certified Senior Manager at ProspHire skilled in project management, process improvement, public health and healthcare marketing. 

Julie is currently a project manager for a statewide initiative to improve the health outcomes of Medicaid members across Pennsylvania through social determinant of health and health equity focused initiatives. Through program facilitation and data analysis, Julie is responsible for the development and design of program interventions and strategies for areas of profound health disparity. To report key findings to key stakeholders and state entities, Julie develops comprehensive transformative plans for program delivery. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Julie served as a Program Coordinator for a hospital-based smoking cessation program in Auckland, New Zealand where she led process improvement and practice management initiatives. She also has experience creating business plans, supporting community-based health programs and utilizing Lean methodology in both clinical and operational settings. 

Fun Fact: An avid traveler, Julie lived in New Zealand for two years and has visited 18 different countries.

Jaspreet Laungia

Jaspreet is a Senior Manager at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team.

Jaspreet is adept at identifying operational inefficiencies through automation and process improvement. He has delivered solutions in vendor integration, data conversion and reporting for our healthcare clients. He is a results-driven professional with a reputation for “getting it done!”

Recently, Jaspreet identified, screened and implemented robotic process automation, optical character recognition and artificial intelligence opportunities for a large managed care organization. The work resulted in mitigated risk, improved efficiency and streamlined processes.

Jaspreet has more than nine years’ experience working in multiple domains and organizations to improve their systems, operational and reporting capabilities. Prior to joining ProspHire, he was an Application Analyst at American Eagle and a Business Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific and GE Capital.

Fun Fact: Jaspreet is a state-level volleyball player and secured a bronze medal for his home state of Punjab, India.

Caitlin Nicklow

Caitlin is a PMP-certified Senior Manager at ProspHire. 

She has 10+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry and Medicare, Medicaid and provider sectors. Caitlin excels at managing complex programs and projects, identifying gaps and driving significant cost savings and revenue generation for clients. 

Recently, she drove an organizational assessment for a major health plan and monitored compliance for Affordable Care Act marketplace regulations. The work resulted in outlined processes to achieve URAC accreditation and certification as a Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services Qualified Health Plan. 

Fun Fact: Caitlin once spent 11 days hiking 100 miles through New Mexico with her family. 

 

Michael Wood

Michael is a Senior Manager for ProspHire. He is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in quality management, member experience, rewards and incentives, model of care and member centric healthcare technology solutions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Michael was a Vice President of Product for NationsBenefits, a leading provider of supplemental benefits, flex cards and member engagement. He provided knowledge and expertise in outcomes programs and Medicare stars education to design and implement member engagement strategies.

Other career experiences include leading strategy and development of technologies that humanize healthcare by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning and intelligent workflow design to assist payers and providers in closing care gaps, maximizing incentives and managing model of care initiatives. Michael also served as a senior program manager for a large regional health plan where he led the member engagement and experience vertical for Medicare stars. In this role he worked alongside business owners to create transparency, develop strategies to increase member engagement and maximize the member experience.

Fun Fact: Michael would love to hike the entire Appalachian trail and is inspired to do so by “A walk in the woods” by Bill Bryson, one of his favorite authors.

Rebecca Yarish

Rebecca is a Senior Manager at ProspHire with experience in project management and process and quality improvement. She is skilled at driving operational assessments and developing strategies to improve efficiencies for her healthcare clients.   

Prior to joining ProspHire, Rebecca was the Manager of Value Analytics within the Quality Improvement Department at St. Clair Hospital. In her role, she project managed large-scale organizational initiatives and oversaw the organization’s Pay-for-Performance programs. She utilized data-driven analyses to drive continuous quality improvement forward.  

Fun Fact: Rebecca is a passionate “yinzer” sports fan and has attended a Super Bowl and two Stanley Cup Finals. She is affectionally known to her friends as “Coach.”

Kristen Bates

Kristen is the Human Resources Manager at ProspHire and brings 7 years of Human Resources experience and knowledge to the Firm. She has an extensive background in organizational development, talent and performance management and HR best practices. Kristen is committed to cultivating meaningful relationships with practitioners and providing next-level HR guidance and support to ensure that all ProspHire employees have the tools and resources available to succeed.

Prior to joining ProspHire, Kristen was the Human Capital Management (HCM) Applications Analyst where she focused on HRIS, Time and Attendance, Payroll systems/technologies and reporting. Kristen also served as the Organizational Development Specialist and then Human Resources Manager for PathWays of Southwestern PA, where she was involved in the oversight and execution of all facets of Human Resources. She gained Project Management experience, led the HRIS implementation, as well as participated in implementing Power BI.

Kristen began her career as the HR Generalist/Recruiter for a non-profit organization (Blueprints), where she was responsible for full-cycle recruitment, the interviewing and hiring process and developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding program. She also obtained her certification as a Predictive Index practitioner.

Fun Fact: Kristen lived in Argentina for a year and had an internship in college in Chile.

Lucas Blazejewski

Luc is a Manager for ProspHire. He is an experienced healthcare professional, passionate about continuous quality improvement with a goal to achieve the quadruple aim. He offers a diverse background in academic research, clinical management, international public health, pharmacy administration, quality management and value-based reimbursement.

Prior to joining the Firm, Luc was a Clinical Transformation Consultant for the True Performance Program, a Highmark Health value-based reimbursement program. The True Performance program is a dynamic value-based reimbursement contract with quality improvement, per member per month cost and utilization management components offering participants gain-share and risk-share opportunities. He assisted primary care providers, ranging in size from single practice to multi-hospital health systems, improve performance in the True Performance program. To be a valued asset to his clients, he provided knowledge and insights in clinical operations, disease state management, HEDIS and NCQA quality measures, population health, practice transformation and risk adjustment to assist participants identify and deploy performance improvement strategies.

Fun Fact: Luc has cycled from San Francisco, CA to Washington, DC and Miami, FL to Tallahassee, FL to raise funds and awareness for people with disabilities.

Larisa Bodnarchuk

Larisa is the Digital Marketing Manager at ProspHire and brings nearly 10 years of marketing experience with a specialization in design. She has an extensive background in digital design and content creation, as well as brand awareness campaigns.

Prior to joining ProspHire, Larisa was the Digital Marketing Specialist at Washington Penn where she led the creative and design for tradeshows, web and social media, marketing collateral and email marketing campaigns. She also served as the Marketing Design Specialist at Massaro Construction Group and managed all graphic design, web and social media projects for each division of the company. Larisa began her marketing career in Real Estate and Economic Development at Regional Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC). She focused on growing brand awareness through advertising, social media, digital sponsorships, podcasts and video marketing.

Fun Fact: Larisa was a competitive fencer for over 10 years and a folk dancer for 15 years.  She competed in multiple National and Junior Olympic fencing tournaments and has performed in Slovakia, Ukraine and Poland.

Matthew Dauffenbach

Matthew is a Manager at ProspHire specializing in project management, business transformation and process improvement. He is skilled at driving operational assessments and managing operations in corporate, private practice and retail settings.

Recently, Matthew supported the interim executive team of a large managed care organization. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations and developing relationships with key stakeholders, he drove an end-to-end organizational assessment. He presented leadership with strategic recommendations for implementing industry-leading KPIs and operational processes and procedures, which set the organization up for future success in organizational growth and sustained financial and operational stability.

He also has extensive experience managing several clinical programs and outpatient clinics. Prior to joining ProspHire, Matthew was the Manager of Outpatient Centers for St. Clair Hospital and previously served as the Director of Ambulatory Services for Magee-Women’s Hospital of UPMC. In both roles, he was responsible for improving clinical efficiencies, inter-departmental collaboration, patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

Fun Fact: Matthew previously worked as a Sales Manager for a microbrewery in the Midwest, which others dubbed “the best job ever.”
