Lauren Miladinovich

Lauren is the Co-Founder, Managing Principal and CEO of ProspHire. In this capacity, she is responsible for the Firm’s operations, strategy and talent functions, and has led ProspHire through triple digit revenue and headcount growth year-over-year for the past six years. As a senior project management professional, Lauren worked in the Energy industry permitting natural gas pipelines. Outside of work, Lauren served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Women’s Energy Network and was also their Public Relations Chair. She works closely with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania on their annual “Kiss a Pig” campaign and was honored with their 2017 Commitment to Youth Award. Fun Fact: Lauren and her husband Chris have a pet Juliana pig named Nola, who is the star of the “Kiss a Pig” campaign.

Chris Miladinovich

Chris is ProspHire’s Chief Operating Officer. He has 16+ years’ experience leading large scale, complex business transformation programs at Deloitte and other companies, and is adept at building and cultivating strong teams of “can do” professionals. Chris is a strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for leaving organizations better than he found them. Beyond the boardroom, Chris serves as a Board Member of the Pittsburgh Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He is also the Treasurer of the Condor Aero Club, Inc. and an instrument-rated, commercial pilot and certified flight instructor. Fun Fact: Chris can turn people into pilots as a certified flight instructor. 

Dan Crogan

Dan is Principal and Senior Vice President of Consulting at ProspHire and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He has helped to grow the Firm to nearly 100 practitioners and employees and guided ProspHire through triple digit revenue growth year-over-year. He is the first Principal admitted into the partnership. 


Dan currently leads the Firm’s Consulting Practice and oversees account management, business development and the Firm’s strategy and operations. His expertise is partnering with clients to achieve their healthcare transformation goals and is influential in driving change and leading business transformation by streamlining processes and enabling technologies to support business strategy. 


Dan previously led the Stars Performance Improvement service group and lead the strategy and implementation of Medicare Stars transformations. His work resulted in ProspHire’s Medicare clients achieving higher Stars ratings and increased reimbursement through focused measure assessments and foundational improvement interventions.  


A Deloitte alum, Dan has worked in both consulting environments and in internal program and project management roles. 


Dan graduated from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management and holds an M.S. in Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.

Fun Fact: Dan once appeared in a Gatorade commercial alongside Sidney Crosby. 

Rick Dorman

Rick is a Senior Principal Advisor with 35+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry. A retired Deloitte Principal, Rick has a demonstrated history as a leader in the management consulting industry, primarily in the public sector. He is also skilled in account and program leadership and management, enterprise architecture, IT strategy and quality assurance.

Francis Roman

Francis is a Managing Director at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team. He has 12+ years’ experience leading large-scale, complex business transformation projects in both client and consulting environments for healthcare and insurance companies.  Most recently, Francis served as the account leader for a managed service organization and third-party administrator. There, he oversaw multiple initiatives to advance data management, data governance and business implementation and transformation initiatives. He also previously served as the account leader and program manager for an enterprise health system implementation spanning multiple Medicaid lines of business. He developed a Project Management Office Playbook, established an operational readiness process definition and provided core operations support. Francis is a Deloitte alum and trusted advisor to executives. He is detail oriented and skilled at developing tools and processes to simplify complex business and IT issues. At ProspHire, he is responsible for supporting the Firm’s technology infrastructure and Command Center. Fun Fact: Francis harnessed his adaptability and love for meeting new people at a young age. Growing up, he attended 12 different grade schools including 3 separate high schools from kindergarten through his senior year.

Mike Yetter

Mike is a Managing Director at ProspHire and a member of the Firm’s Executive Leadership Team.  Mike is a seasoned healthcare executive who recently served as interim CEO for the health plan and management services organization (MSO) division of one of the nation’s largest health systems. He led the organization through the activation of business continuity plans during the initial COVID-19 transition to remote work. He also oversaw an operational assessment and improvement efforts, and successfully transitioned the organization to new full time leadership. A former KPMG Managing Director, Mike has extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs for health plans. He specializes in operating model change initiatives, operational process improvement and automation, systems integration and data-driven decision making. Mike is adept at leading teams to improve the performance of health plan core operations, sales operations and clinical functions. He also has a strong background in the practical application of emerging technologies, such as intelligent automation (RPA and AI) and blockchain to optimize processes and scale operations for healthcare clients. Fun Fact: Though never a Scout himself, Mike is actively involved in The Boy Scouts of America with his two sons. He was their Cub Scout Den Leader and now volunteers as the Committee Chairperson for their Scout Troop as his sons journey towards the rank of Eagle Scout.

Deborah Holzmark

Deborah joins ProspHire from the global consulting firm Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) LLP, where she spent two decades, the latter ten as their Chief Clinical Officer. At DHG, Deborah stood-up and ran their Physician Practice Consulting Group and was responsible for working with clients to execute clinical programs that improve health outcomes, increase profit, enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experience.  A registered nurse, with experience in the ICU, ER and PACU, Deborah brings a clinical perspective to operational engagements. She is adept at helping clients identify the necessary steps for successful population health management while maintaining a focus on revenue performance and transformation.  Prior to DHG, Deborah was a Director of Medical Management at Mountain Healthcare where she was responsible for utilization review, case management and quality services for a large physician owned PPO Network providing services to self-funded clients.   Deborah is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP). 

Joshua Manning

Joshua is a PMP-certified Managing Director at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team. Joshua has 15+ years’ experience in management consulting, including leading nationwide system selections and implementations in both the payer and provider sectors. Currently, Joshua is the Account Manager for a managed services organization (MSO). There, he oversees multiple initiatives with a focus on organizational growth through building a sustainable Stars program, optimizing benefits offerings and standing up the inaugural health plan performance leadership meeting. Prior to joining the Firm, Joshua served as Principal Consultant at both Cumberland Consulting Group and HM Health Solutions, where he focused on portfolio strategic planning, system migrations and delivery planning and execution. Fun Fact: An avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan, Joshua has not missed a home playoff game for the past four years.

Jaspreet Laungia

Jaspreet is a Manager at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Leadership Team. Jaspreet is adept at identifying operational inefficiencies through automation and process improvement. He has delivered solutions in vendor integration, data conversion and reporting for our healthcare clients. He is a results-driven professional with a reputation for “getting it done!” Recently, Jaspreet identified, screened and implemented robotic process automation, optical character recognition and artificial intelligence opportunities for a large managed care organization. The work resulted in mitigated risk, improved efficiency and streamlined processes. Jaspreet has more than nine years’ experience working in multiple domains and organizations to improve their systems, operational and reporting capabilities. Prior to joining ProspHire, he was an Application Analyst at American Eagle and a Business Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific and GE Capital. Fun Fact: Jaspreet is a state-level volleyball player and secured a bronze medal for his home state of Punjab, India.

Zach Berger

Zach is a PMP-certified Manager at ProspHire and member of the Firm’s Leadership Team.  With 10+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry, he is seasoned in revenue cycle, risk management, government markets and medical cost management analytics and reporting.  A solution-driven program manager, Zach leverages his comprehensive understanding of government markets to analyze, manage and implement operational and process improvements. Recently, he led the assessment of a major health plan’s government programs operations, provided strategic recommendations and created an operational transformation playbook. He also implemented medical cost analytics for a major Managed Services Organization (MSO) and led the delivery and development of Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) required documents for a major health plan.   Fun Fact: When Zach is not on the golf course, he is spending time with his family and testing his culinary skills, often with the help of his beloved meat smoker.
